F.O.R.C.E. is intent on providing an ongoing support system for graduates of our "Comprehensive Orthodontics" programs. The optional programs listed below are offered to provide continuity, support, and security, while participants develop experience and confidence in their ability to deliver orthodontic services. Having completed "Comprehensive Orthodontics," participants may choose to continue their studies in an Advanced Study Group setting. lectures and discussing preselected journal articles about orthodontics and case presentations. Case presentations will cover diagnosis, treatment planning, appliance selection, treatment monitoring, problem solving, patient management, and practice management (including fees for treatment). | ||||||||||||
Participants will provide records from their practices for review by the faculty and discussion among Study Group members. The importance of diagnosis and treatment planning cannot be overemphasized in the practice of orthodontics. The main objective of these Advanced Study Groups is to continue the development of each participant's diagnostic and treatment planning skills. Each Study Group session also includes a didactic discussion and lecture presentation on advanced orthodontic subjects. Tuition $395.00 U.S. or $425.00 Canadian funds per day.
